Architectural Design
Introduction
Architectural drawing is a way of expressing ideas through scaled graphic representations, including the depiction of buildings, landscapes, and urban planning, in accordance with architectural design standards and regulations such as NSR-10 (Seismic Resistance Standard) and current drafting norms.
At Benjamín Herrera Technical School, students in this specialty receive theoretical, technical, and technological knowledge that enables them to develop both manual and digital graphic solutions using a variety of tools available on the market. Additionally, students participate in academic processes that allow them to illustrate architectural elements through different graphic representations such as perspectives, models, orthogonal projections, sketches, computer-aided designs, blueprints, and 3D renderings. These skills enable them to create realistic representations of architectural elements, materials, finishes, and more, contributing to their training in this field.
